Purchased one of their brand new U shaped couches and paid for it to be delivered on October 31st. As we are waiting around at our new house that we had not moved into yet for the couch to be delivered we receive a call from the delivery driver saying that they sold us a couch that they didn’t actually have in stock. So the following day I went in to look to see if they had anything else. I ended up going with a different color of the same couch because they wouldn’t be able to get us the one we initially ordered for a few weeks and we didn’t want to wait without a couch for that long. I told them that we had help waiting on the original day that it was supposed to be delivered and that we aren’t going to inconvenience people again because of their mistake so I asked if they would be able to bring it in and set it up. They said no problem at all. So then they show up an hour late that day and expected me, who had just given birth, to assist them in bringing the couch in. I helped with the biggest part and then he handled the rest. I was quite annoyed but was glad to just have the couch finally and be done. We were happy with our couch because the size fit perfectly where we needed it, the only problem was one of the cushions sat kind on strange...high in the back and then slanted forward. I didn’t worry too much about it since it was such an issue already. Well now a couple months later I tilted the couch back to grab something that slid underneath and realize that a wooden board inside the couch has completely split and ripped open the bottom of the couch.    Read moreI don’t understand some of these negative reviews about this man and his family owned business. I first bought furniture for my apartment back in 2014. Fully furnished. Fully financed with ease. Awesome furniture. Still have most of it. Then a few years later in 2017 bought bunk beds for my kids. And recently upgraded to a bigger house and needed more furniture. Bought enough for a whole house. Quality, beautiful furniture. Couches, recliners, kitchen table, chairs, dressers and a few other things. I will not buy furniture from anyone else. The owner and his employees are great people. God fearing people who treat their customers well and sell quality furniture for fair prices. They will bend over backwards for you to get you what you want and even help you if you can’t afford it all at once. They have easy financing. Also...over the years I have enjoyed reading their inspirational messages on their digital sign in the front of the store. Like Arnold Schwarzenegger says...”Ill be back”.
EDIT: One thing I forgot to mention is that they deliver! You pay separate for it, but it is a minimal charge. And the delivery guys are great. They care about what they are doing. They came to my house and delivered what they could, but because it started storming like a sonofabitch, they took the rest back because they didn’t want to get my furniture wet.    Read moreSo I'll start by saying that the service was really excellent and I loved their no pressure sales tactics and that they don't follow you around while you shop. I ended up picking out and paying for a love seat, a twin mattress and a queen mattress. I paid for them Thurs and said I would return with a truck on Sunday to pick up the items. Fast forward to Sunday they load up the love seat no problem. They Come out and tell me they actually don't have the twin I picked out and offered to upgrade for free to a different one available, ok no problem my 4 year old doesn't care a mattress is a mattress to him. But then they come back out and say they don't have the queen I chose either. Ok this is an issue because I fell in love with the one I chose and paid over $400 for it they said they will get one Tuesday but I'd be sleeping on the floor until Tues. He again offers to do a swap for a more expensive mattress and threw in a mattress protector which was very generous and all. However I really do not love the mattress I was offered. I was in love with the one I originally chose and am sad because I spent $400+ for a mattress I do not love through no fault of my own. The owner was upset also that this happened but although I was very reasonable and ended up settling due to my time constraint before work and my inability to be rude or pushy to a retail worker, I am left unsatisfied and will not return to furnish my other needs...
