Tyler gave us wonderful customer service!! We went to the Concord Mills location looking for soccer cleats for my son but they didn't have his size. So we called the Pineville location and Tyler answered the phone. He was able to look up and confirm that they had the cleats in the style and size we needed. He then went above and beyond to make sure that the one pair he said was in stock was actually still there in the store, which it was. I asked him if he could possibly hold them for us for the 45 minutes it would take us to get there since it was the only pair left, which he said he could do. I appreciated that so much because it's so hard to find soccer cleats that fit my son. So we drove to the Pineville/Carolina Place store immediately. When we arrived, Tyler was actually who greeted us at the door. He didn't know it was us but once we told him why we were there, he remembered our conversation and grabbed the cleats he had put on hold for us. They fit my son perfectly and he was so happy! I wish I had experienced the level of customer service that others have. Obviously there was an issue with my order that I had made online but no one offered to remedy the situation. Just said it was obvious they were out of what I had ordered and that I would be refunded my money. I spent time to drive to the store to pick up the item - the least they could have done was to check to see if they even had it but they did not. They wanted to tell me how long they worked at the store and how it works, but I was surprised no one offered to help. They basically said sorry - we don’t see anything and then rationalized that they must be out of the item and I would be refunded - I even offered to give them my order number but no one took it. Called corporate customer service in the parking lot and the individual told me that it had been changed to shipping it to me. I purposely didn’t have it shipped to me because of travel. Once again - no solutions other than I could wait until tomorrow to see when it might arrive. Needless to...
