The quality of the food was excellent, as usual. The temperature of the food remained warm even after the hour-long drive home. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. Despite an accidental drop of one of our plates, they promptly replaced it without any additional charge. Furthermore, all of our orders were accurately fulfilled and generously portioned.

However, the atmosphere of the establishment was notably crowded. There were approximately 20 or more individuals ahead of us in the queue. While this indicates the popularity of the establishment, it did create a less than ideal experience for customers waiting in line. Despite temporarily leaving and returning later, the level of congestion persisted.

I just ordered beef teriyaki with noodles and the customer service was horrible. When I got rice instead of noodles, I asked about the noodles. The male at the register told me it doesn't come with noodles. I pointed to the huge photo of beef teriyaki right behind him that clearly shows beef teriyaki with noodles. He then said, " I asked you what you wanted and you said rice." That's a lie. I told him I wanted noodles. He then told me to read the content under the photo. Not only did I read it, but I read out loud the part of the sentence that clearly said: rice or noodles. Once I read that, he started making the noodles with an attitude. My girlfriends been ranting and raving to me about how this is the best place, a memory from her childhood. I've questioned whether it's just like any ol Asian mall food you get, not that excited to try. I was amazed. They don't have to do too much. They just do it right. When I walked up there was a little line, and they were training a young lady, probably about my age tbh. But they kept the food cranking out. They didn't have to do all that extra flowery stuff that you find at boogie food courts.
