Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Pineville

Going to the mall was a thing I never really cared for, but I wanted my youngest 2 to at least get the experience once.

We stopped in at lunchtime. We went to the food court first. Plenty to choose from there. They decided on Sbarro, chick fil a, and an Asian place.

Chick fil a is pretty simple as far as items and no issue. The Asian place (the one on the chick fil a side) offered decent selection and had different combo options (1 meat plus side item, 2 meat plus side, 3 meat plus side, etc), plus egg rolls and some other things. My 1 kid got 2 meat options and rice noodles which he loved.

Sbarro was just as good as remembered. Hadn't been to a sbarro in years. They have by the slice, combos, or whole pies. Some other menu options as well.

All 3 places were friendly, quick, and got everything right. Despite the fact they were really busy with lunch rush. Long lines, impatient people, people on their phones instead of focusing on ordering, and not 1 attitude from any of the places we went.

I TRIED to stop at another place, but they were goofing off in back (between chick fil a, the Asian place, and Sbarro), and never came to take order (we were going to order a cheesesteak and fries, but after waiting over 10min we said forget it and changed places). That was annoying, but we just went elsewhere (not going to put money where they don't want...

The food here is really good the service is always amazing but today their is a lady that really was having a bad day and a smart mouth with me I really didn’t expect this today specially when I’m hungry. I call the manager and he was laughing with her about her rude attitude, I ask to speak to the manager above and the manager told him the she was being rude and I was too. I spoke with him and told him that she was rude etc....This type of bad behavior in your establishment is bad for the bunch let’s hope for the sake of Chick-Fil-A you don’t allow employees to treat customers with disrespect and bad attitude specially bad attitude soon this will become a bigger problem because everyone that works for you will think is OK to treat everyone with this negative attitude. I love eating here let’s hope you resolve this...

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went to grab some food around 130pm today. And the "Manager" extremely rude. I asked for a spicy deluxe sandwich and wanted to utilize my rewards . He began to tell me "only one will work" and said there is nothing I can do. As a manager you should be able to honor the coupon that I am clearly presenting you. Later to find out he rang me for a regular deluxe. I told him that I asked for a spicy deluxe only to be rudely cut off and says " no you didn't , that's cap" . Chick-fik-A if this is the quality of employees you hire to represent you it's no wonder why this location has low stars . And to the manager that works there I hope you read this. Either learn how to treat customers or get out of customer service because clearly you don't deserve to lead employees or...
