Yesterday I witnessed top notch Customer Service. It was so good that even though it wasnât my direct experience, I felt compelled to write a review. I was in Pandora at Carolina Place mall just browsing. There was a sales rep helping a gentleman with multiple gifts. Apparently there was one item that he wanted that they didnât have. I watched the rep scour the entire store looking for this item. She looked in every cabinet window tray and back room. She asked the other reps to look as well in case she missed it. She then went and got additional assistance to try to locate the item for the gentleman (apparently this guy needed the items by the next day). The additional assistance which I found out later was the manager, got on the phone and proceeded to locate the charm. Now, normally that would be it found it for you, Customer would be on their way. That was not the case. This woman offered to pick it up for the Customer and bring it to him. What!???!! Mind Blown!! I went from browsing to being all in this personâs business. He was purchasing three identical gifts and had already been to a previous location and the thought of going to a third was nerve wrecking (my words not his). So when the manager said that she would go pick up the item for him and deliver it to him I think I was more shocked than he was. Mind you, the item was only available at a location 2 hours away. I have never experienced the level of customer service and I witnessed. Now I personally didnât buy anything this trip but I promise when I do it will only be from the Pandora at Carolina Place. Knowing that there are people that go past the extra mile ( literally) to help makes me smile. Those gentlemen might write their own review, but I had to do one because I was impressed and appreciated their efforts and willingness to help. I look forward to when I go back and experience their service first hand. Thank you Jessie (manager) and Linsey (sales rep) for showing that the art of genuinely great Customer Service is...
Read moreI went into your location today in pineville North Carolina and there was a sales associate that was terrible my wife placed a online order and every time she called she did not get a answer they just hung up on her so we showed up in person to ask how long it would be we walked in and spoke to the young Lady at the register and she could not find our order because it was not yet done when I had asked how much longer till it would be done the other lady named Lexie interrupted her very rudely and said whenever we get to it we get to it she said the online orders get done whenever they feel like it which I thought was rude but the young lady who was doing the online orders tried speaking to me and the women named Lexie grabbed her wrist pushed her hand away from taking my phone to look at my order and told her no that she had this the young lady then proceeded to wait till the woman Lexie walked away to help me and tell me it would only be 15 minutes and she apologized I will never be going back to this location and I feel bad for all the customer who she has treated so terrible and I feel so bad for her coworkers for obvious abuse of power I hope something can be done about this worker Lexie before she does something that is against company policy and really cost you a lot of customers the only reason Iâm giving 1 star is because of the young lady that was doing the check out orders...
Read moreI have shopped at this location twice, both times with my daughters, aged 3 years and 10 months old, so bear that in mind--it wasn't the best decision, but I don't usually have a chance to shop without them. The staff here is definitely friendly, but I think I'll just shop from the Pandora website going forward and avoid the store for the same reasons I avoid Publix. I'm more of an in-and-out, go in for what I want and leave kind of shopper these days, so the chatting, "patient" service here was a bit much for me. I was helped by separate employees both times, I am sure both following training for impeccable service, but I think the manager should add some caviats in that training when small children are involved. Both shopping trips took WAY too long and my girls were going nuts by the end. I just wanted to buy a new, shorter bracelet base, and not hear about all the specials, see every option, see all the new charms, be told how to sign up for stuff, and wait forever for the ladies to transfer all my charms from one bracelet to the other, etc etc. Especially when my kids are obviously towards the end of their patience and crying and unhappy--then, cut to the chase or at least ASK "would you like me to..." so I can say "no thank you, I'm afraid I'm out of time here...
