This will be our second time working with Danielle with Goods. And once again I couldn’t be happier. Quality and selection of the furniture and decor aside (which is impeccable and expansive), Danielle could not have been more helpful or prompt in assisting me furnish our entire home from cross referencing pieces we were interested in with furniture we already had to make sure wood finish was compatible to sending fabric samples with advice because I just couldn’t make up my mind, triple checking measurements so the pieces would fit properly in my home and even remembering my sons first birthday and emailing us wishes. When the first batch of furniture was delivered, there was a slight issue with the feet of one piece furniture not fitting properly, the delivery crew immediately brought it to our attention and the team went right to work to fix the issue. I was introduced to Matt Robillard with the Goods customer service department to resolve this and once again we received prompt and productive assistance. We could not be any more happy with our experience. I even had some questions while the delivery team was here with the second batch of furniture and Matt was more than knowledgeable, but even directed the delivery team as to exactly what I wanted and advised how to achieve this for me. He even did research for some glass tops I mentioned just in passing conversation I wanted to protect the furniture and emailed me the information.

You feel valued working with Matt and Danielle with Goods-more than just making a sale. Your vision, your wants, your time, your hard earned money is valued. Great people great experience. And also the first time we worked with Goods/Danielle was in 2016 the furniture she helped me pick out and design I still own. Each piece is still beautiful and holding up and we’ve moved to five different states...

After spending countless hours walking through showrooms, finding subpar furniture and borderline aggressive sales representatives, Konnie was a breath of fresh air.

We found the design aspect intimidating, we’ve learned we appreciate a array of styles but wanted to stay cohesive throughout our home. Konnie worked diligently, and I know my lack of vision was challenging at times but her patients, communication and years of expertise helped bring our dream to life.

We recently came back from vacation and couldn’t wait to get home because we’ve created a space we don’t enjoy leaving. It’s our dream sanctuary. Konnie was instrumental with helping us create a space that works for us now, it’s ready to grow with our family and a quality that will last.

We are still working on filling in some smaller intimate spaces and Konnie’s recommendations have made the process not only painless but enjoyable. We love our home and couldn’t be happier.

Our experience at goods from selection to delivery has been wonderful, the delivery staff is clean, personable and friendly. Anytime I’ve called even if Konnie wasn’t in the support staff have been gracious and very helpful.

If anyone is looking for excellent, quality and service I highly recommend them. There was one lady scowling on the showroom floor Which was odd, it was a bit uncomfortable but we all have our off days.

I don't write tons of reviews but when a store provides GREAT service I'm compelled to do so. I recently purchased a home and had a bunch of furniture I needed to purchase, so I got to be very familiar with the stores in the area, as well as the service and pricing. I've got to say that Good's prices are super competitive and their service is GREAT! They have the perfect balance of being helpful without ever feeling like you're being stalked as you're trying to shop. Because I was feeling a little overwhelmed with my options (having to furnish a bunch of rooms at once) I was a bit indecisive and my salesperson Konnie was never impatient and always super helpful. She was really patient and it was easy to see her #1 priority was me being happy with my purchase before her need to make a sale. When I had opted to pick up a few chairs on Konnie's day off, Carolyn (another salesperson) was super helpful and alerted Konnie - and she helped me as though it was her own sale, which was so nice. Since I was buying the 2 chairs off the floor Carolyn even checked them out before I did to make sure they were in great shape. The manager (wish I got his name) was very helpful as well and carried them out to my car with a smile and went the extra mile. It's obvious he's created a great culture at his store.
