First, my review should be a 4.5 stars but there is either a 4 star or 5 star. Since I got an apple juice at the front desk even after I move out, I will round my review to 5 stars. Note it doesn't mean the apartment has not cons. Let's start with some pros: The leasing office/club house is really nice, people at the front desk are really nice and you will recieve smiles(along with apple/orange juice) all the time. Plus you get free snacks/coffee/drink everytime you visit the clubhous with your friends(for free as long as you paid the amenity fee). There are also printers, conference rooms, TVs and play tables you can play with your friends. The apartment is relatively new so the washer/dryer/dish washer/fridge are new too. Parking spots are sufficient and near to your apartment door. They take our safety very serious which is good. Some cons: The most headache one is the trash area which degrade my review to 4.5 stars. It is far from the building and during summer time there are a lot of flies. 2.Giving discouts/offers only to the first year resident which I understand but would feel a little disappointment since usually people would expect cheaper price when they live longer.

However------- First, I was charged about $800 for replacing a damaged TV (damaged by my friends) at the clubhouse this May, and I told them right after that I am willing to pay for the damage. However, I was never informed of the process they went through with the TV. Only when I saw the deduction in my bank account did I know they charged me directly. Zero communication was conducted between the dates. When I asked why the TV was so expensive, quoted the concierge: "because this is a luxury property". Moreover, the office never responded my emails asking for an invoice, and never sent me one. I moved out in September 2021, today I received the $1146.19 final account statement bill including $225 cleaning fee and $448.82 paint charge, still without detailed invoices, and we cleaned the whole apartment before moving out. Do not expect to get back your full security. They take full month rent as security and in return they give you almost nothing back. They took $2400 from us as security and returned only $300!! We lived in the apartment for just 1 year. Agreed there were some damage to the blinds ( which are of worst quality and are broken very easily) but rest of the reasons are just ridiculous. They charged us for broken cabinets which we definitely did not broke and of course we cannot ask them to show us as we have moved to a different city.
Apartments are very noisy. You can easily hear someone walking on the apartment above you. Complaint to the management so many times but nothing happened. Had too call 911 when these noises we're just unbearable...
