Chapter 2 Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Clark

Such a cute and cozy spot with a chill atmosphere. Perfect for catching up, studying, or just slowing down for a bit. We popped in for drinks and loved the warm, welcoming interior.

I got the Tiramisu Latte which comes with tiramisu foam. It sounded amazing, but I couldn't really taste the tiramisu part. The coffee itself was solid though--smooth and well-balanced. My boyfriend tried the Spooky Special Latte (black sesame with ube cold foam). It was creative and looked fun, but same issue--the black sesame flavor didn't really come through, even though the sesame seeds were definitely there.

We ordered online so we didn't really get to interact with anyone. I was waiting for a bit though cause we didn't see where the pick up spot was(which was my fault) but someone was right in front of me, didn't even acknowledge my presence lol. the cozy vibe makes me want to come back to try other drinks or maybe a pastry(if they have one) next time. Overall, worth checking out if you're in the area and like a calm coffee shop with personality.

I don’t usually write many reviews but for this one I felt like I had to! There are times I leave from Club Pilates in the same neighborhood, thinking to myself “I wish there were a coffee spot around here.” Since I do go there bright and early and it would be nice to have a coffee for the road on a morning you’re still not feeling your 100% Enter Chapter 2 Coffee Roasters! I saw them open today and said let me check it out. Immediately on the menu I see a tiramisu latte. Tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts so I got it as an iced latte. It was the most delicious cup of iced coffee I’ve ever had. The flavor was perfect, not too sweet, not too strong. Just perfectly balanced. I saw they also have a strawberry matcha that I’d love to try next time! The owners were so friendly and kind and so easy to have a conversation with at 7am. They’re having their grand opening this weekend, and I can’t wait to go there a lot more!...

I’ve always had an inkling to frequent a local coffeehouse that I found to my liking. I was delivering to Chapter 2 for a while as they were building up. Upon opening, I figured why not try it out?

Safe to say I found my coffeehouse. The staff is wonderful, the food is amazing, and of course the coffee is delicious! Their Iced Tiramisu Latte has quickly become my go-to drink whenever I pop in, which I do pick up during my shifts now since I’m always in the area ☺️. I love that the coffee in completely in-house, and along with having an interior aesthetic that I personally gravitate to.
