Horrible! A BIG turn Off, I ordered a double layer cake a week in advance with picture, two days before the event I called them to remind them, to which they said thankfully you called us, we had missed to see your email with the cake picture and they said they will deliver cake by 12pm on the event day, my event was planned at 6pm, the same morning i get a call that if i can come at 4 PM, i was corporative so i said ok, when i went at 4PM, they kept saying wait for 5 mins, another 10 mins and so on, and then finally they handed me over the cake at 5PM, which was just made, not finished appropriately, it was all shaking, cake decor was horrible, the cake was for 50 ppl for $200. By the time i took cake to the event, all the stars on the cake slid down by leaving marks on the cake, the cake got cracks at many places. My $200 got wasted, if they would have made cake a day before things would have bern different, Squarecut- why the heck do you take multiple orders if you cant make it to the time and quality. It was such a horrible experience with Square-cut that i will never order with them again nor i will ever suggest anyone to Squarecut. They tried their best to spoil my son’s first...

Update: we went there the next day to talk about this issue. The guy apologized for the whole thing, told us that some of his machinery had broken down and it took longer than expected to fix it. Also issued a full refund. If they had told me about the issue on the day of pickup I would not have left a negative review. We offered them to keep some of the money but they issued a full refund. I am very pleased with their effort to resolve the issue.

Very unprofessional. We ordered a butterscotch flavored cake, got Black forest. I went there to pickup at 6, there were already people who had a 5pm pickup, got theirs around 620pm. I got mine at 640pm. Another lady ordered a pizza at 445pm, got it at 630pm. When I asked the guy when I am going to get the cake, he just shrugged. All this, is it worth the wait you ask. Absolutely NOT. There are lots of other places where you can get very good cakes ON TIME and EXACTLY THE FLAVOR YOU WANTED. I visited this place a few times before COVID and remember the service being slow, especially when taking orders. During the pandemic, they served good Indian pizza. After a long break, I visited again today, hoping they had improved their service. Unfortunately, it's still the same. I had to wait in line for over 25 minutes just to place my order, and it wasn't because of a long queue—there were only three people ahead of me.

The person at the counter was also taking phone orders while the people in line patiently waited their turn. They even took orders randomly from a few people who were just "enquiring" on the side. Additionally, the person taking orders was also working on food preparation, leaving those in line waiting even longer.

While I understand being short-staffed and one person having to juggle multiple tasks, this situation wastes everyone’s time. The restaurant owner has consistently failed to address these...
