We had such a wonderful meal at Brundhavan in Piscataway! The food is authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Dosa: Crispy, golden, and perfectly spiced — both the paper dosa and onion rava dosa were excellent. Idli: Soft, fluffy, and comforting, just the way they should be. Vada: Crispy outside and fluffy inside, paired perfectly with hot sambar. Thayir Vada: Refreshing and light, with vadas soaked in creamy yogurt. Chutneys & Sambar: Fresh, flavorful, and balanced, the coconut, tomato, and peanut chutneys were all delicious.

Special thanks to Sahiti and Charita for their very nice and attentive service — they made sure we had everything we needed. Brundavan is definitely one of the best places for South Indian vegetarian food in NJ....

Had been to this new restaurant after I heard about this new place. This place looked awesome inside, ambience is very good. Also, the interiors are very good and looked great. Food was also good but there few things to be fixed. Chutneys have to be improved and must be solid. As of now it’s watery . I had puri and it was so soft and tasty. Kurma was delicious. Other items which I ordered were tasty. Service was good. Unfortunately A/C was not working, if that was good it would be more nice evening. Otherwise rest everything was good.
