Davina, who introduced herself as the manager and CEO, was rude and condescending during my visit. I found a cute pink speaker that was already opened and turned out to be the only one in stock. I asked if I could purchase it at a discount due to the circumstances to which she replied, “it’s already only $5.” She continued her nasty attitude when I asked if I could purchase my items at the register because I was also picking up an online order. She was dismissive and told me to use the self checkout. Thankfully a different employee stepped in and helped me with my pick up order and provided better service but I’m gonna stick to shopping at Dollar Tree as usual. Read moreI usually enjoy shopping at Five Below, but this visit was disappointing. I asked a simple question about an opened product, and the employee, Divina, responded in a very rude and dismissive tone. When I calmly called her out on it, she denied being rude at all, which made the interaction even more frustrating. It felt like my concern wasn’t taken seriously, and I left the store feeling disrespected. I don’t expect over-the-top service, but basic courtesy goes a long way. I hope management addresses this no one should be made to feel uncomfortable for...
