Be careful buying gift cards from here !! My son got a 25$ gift for toys r us as a present and we went to use it a week later and the cashier said it doesn't work that's it's an old card !! I didn't understand how can you guys sell these cards then if there old and can't use it !! I called customer service and there not much help either..... I called them and explained to them what was going on and they said that someone would be contacting me soon after a week they sent me an email saying there's nothing they can do if I don't have a recipe!!! They do not understand on-line sales. We were shipped the wrong product and then instructed to take the item to our local TRUS to return it. If this inconvenience was not annoying enough, they then sent us the correct item and 2 weeks later informed us that we were being charged for not returning the original misshaped item,of course we had done that the same day that we had received it.
