Millie's Homemade Truck - Tiny Fleet — Local services in Pittsburgh

I spent probably $60 at the Millie's truck at Four Chord festival this weekend with all the ice cream I bought!! Their portion sizes are generous, the ice cream is very creamy and rich! They had different flavors throughout the day because people were buying so much that they actually had to restock. And the people working the window, Jason and Martina, were lovely and very kind! I will definitely be stopping by when I am near a location again and their social media feed is great too so I highly recommend giving them a follow as well!!! Jason was nice enough to show me some videos from their Instagram where they make the ice cream and we talked about how they use more natural ingredients such as cane sugar and ethically sourced milk, vote with your dollars and support companies...

Unfortunately I can not give this particular Millie's team a better review. We had this service for our wedding reception and after a few aspects of the service did not meet expectations, I voiced my disappointments to this owner, which were not handled very kindly or professionally. Taking the issue to others within the overall Millie's customers service team was at least a better experience. Just a warning here for others who may use this service for an important event in their life to ensure you are very clear about what you want and will be getting exactly. Because the communication is lacking and you may end up with surprises at your event, with little care...

Millie's was the perfect addition to our company picnic. They pulled up with the greatest set-up and cutest little vans. Jason and Martina were so easy to work with and very communicative. The little vans are perfect for spaces where you don't think a traditionally large truck will fit in, while still wanting the ice cream truck experience. All of the flavors were great, the pricing was amazing for the experience and amount of ice cream and product you get, and everyone still talks about how great it was. Hopefully we will be able to use them in future...
