Phoenix Boutique — Local services in Pittsburgh

Phoenix boutique, (and Jackie!) are seriously the best. She's an absolute doll, and her items are top notch. This is one of the best (or the best!) consignment shops in Pittsburgh, very fair pricing and always stocked with unique, designer items in amazing condition. My mom and I have shopped here for years - we love to support local, sustainable fashion, and we love a deal - and we both always leave with huge bags full of treasures for around $200! Anyone who would complain about this shop or Jackie either doesn't understand consignment, or simply cannot be satisfied. Period. I've been here 10+ times and couldn't find something to complain about if I tried. The store is clean with a great boutique vibe and her customer service is great too. All around awesome, something for everyone and every budget! *edit to respond to Jackie - you're very welcome, but it was a review that you deserved. Its obvious that you're a hard worker, ethical, and take pride in your boutique....

After visiting 2 other Consignment stores over the weekend inquiring about selling my items (with workers with extremely bad attitudes), Phoenix boutique was breath of fresh air. I called beforehand (per the website), and she said I could come in! She took a look at my items- while engaging in friendly conversation. I felt relaxed, and looking around, the store looks fantastic. There are so many really amazing designer items there for such a great price it was exactly what I had been looking for in a consignment store. It seems she has an eye for what is hip and recent. Ended up buying some items- and will definitely be back!! This post sounds cheesy, but it felt good to support local - & find some...

I'm actually from Ohio and was meeting a friend for breakfast down the street. While waiting, I strolled a little and saw the cutest skirt EVER in the window and had to have it! Unfortunately it was way too early and the shop was closed. I was actually leaving for Dayton right after breakfast so I called later inquiring about the skirt. The owner was super nice and let me pay over the phone so my friend could pick it up for me. She even stayed late after close for my friend!! She was so nice and helpful and accommodating! The next time we visit Pittsburgh, I will definitely be back so I can see what else I can find...
