The environment when you walk in is old and dingy looking. Their credit card machine wasn't working so I had to use their ATM in their lobby. The massage was not good - the woman basically just rubbed back and forth on my back the whole time with very little focus on any specific muscle. This was hardly the worst part though. I frequently get massages at many different venues and this was by far the most uncomfortable I have ever been. I was covered with a very small towel and to say "covered" is being generous. It may as well have not been there most of the time. Then at one point I lifted and turned my head to cough and there was another woman just standing there watching me get the massage. Neither of the women in the room addressed that she was there. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Great massage but even better customer satisfaction! Coco was diligent with making sure all my needs were met and went above and beyond to make sure I would leave happy!!! I'm so relaxed it was amazing. I go get massages all over because I travel for a living. This was the worst I have ever experienced. I just wanted a simple foot massage. I had a man as the masseuse. He didn’t use lotion or oil. Literally felt like he was ripping an burning at my skin. He wiggled my toes more than he did anything.
