They continue to cary cartridges made with terpines that aren’t derived from cannabis while also questionably sourced and mixed. Selling a strain cartridge that contains potentially zero of the actual Cannabis strain “besides the thc “that it’s being sold as is Not only misleading but it’s also shady , dis honest , and not morally sound. Even if it is listed on the product,site ! Really it should have you question the ethics of the company. Is it really that hard to offer a distillate with out a shady filler?? Not to mention that there are other ways to make better, more accurate concentrates and cartridges. ! It is because of this I now feel like I’m going to a car dealership and not a place to receive piece of mind and safe medication. Poorly played Berkshire Roots! Also the in house strains have been going down hill . Weak, inconsistent and boring. If you shop around you can find much better strains that offer a better bargain . We all like different flavors , Effects and what not but at the end of the day what we are paying for is THC content. They do get Spotlight’ brands but so does all the rest and at times Berkshire roots is late to the party.

Bud tenders are generally good but management and security is a joke And always seem under skilled and not properly organized

Berkshire Roots along with other Mass Dispensaries help to "Redefine Your Wallet" $55 out the door compared to $65 other dispensaries feels a little better on my Wallet but not by much. Went to three in the past week and these people are less "Expensive" than the others, but Expensive being the key word here. Do NOT be fooled into thinking your getting a better more potent product from your "dispensary like thisl" as you will be paying Half from your Local people compared to this and other dispensaries, plus we ALL know your local guy Delivers!! Wait a minute did you forget the gas and wait times. Add another $5-$20 for that. Cartridge Prices are ABSURD. Absolutely ZERO reason to charge $60 for a Half Gram. That's $130 Plus out the door for a Gram (they only allow you to buy 2 carts @ Half gram each) so makes no sense. Colorado when they started in the dispensary game 5 years ago might have charged $60 a Full gram. So this is TWICE the price as Col. Again, these people are getting rich and calling it a service. LOLOL Go to your local person and save. These are legal Drug dealers making Millions. And this place is Cheap compared to the others I reviewed! Do not expect this place to have Half the business a year or two from now and in 5 they won't be able to sustain $20 an eighth. Think of it like going to Cape Cod in Summer. They need to make ALL their money for 2 months. These people have two years at best to make their money because by then there will be 200 + dispensaries and just like Colorado these guys will be doing tricks just to get you in the door. Some of the rudest and most unprofessional staff I’ve encountered at any dispensary, and they all seem to have very little knowledge of the products. One of their staff was so pushy about why I needed a certain item and continually tried to push me to get the item in a form that wouldn’t work for me. Once I told them it was a medical reason they stopped, but then told my personal medical information to their family member who knows me once they got home, which I found out by the person messaging me to ask me about it. Two visits ago a staff kept telling me the order amount was correct when it wasn’t. They had scanned an item double but refused to check, and ended up just taking the money off after fighting with me about it, resulting in me having an extra amount on my monthly limit that I didn’t purchase. When I asked to speak to a manager to have it corrected I was told they can’t give out the managers contact information, which makes no sense. The issue was eventually corrected, but there is continually terrible service no matter what. The staff constantly overstep their roles and I have had a staff try to say they were the manager when they aren’t. Also, I get it that they need to be fair and take people from preorder, walk-in, and medical, but why are medical preorders waiting an hour in line while the walk in people have their entire line taken instead. Clearly if I have a medical card it is for a reason, and standing in line for an hour...
