I found toothbrush heads a six pack of oral b the tag said new product 4.29. when the cashier run me off with a $15 hair dye it came to $50 so I pointed out that the toothbrush heads said $4.29 the gentleman who was bagging the groceries name tag Jacob walked with me to see for himself and tell the cashier that the tag was marked as I said when the cashier asked for assistance I am assuming it was the manager she came over and was in my opinion disrespectful to the cashier and the gentleman bagging my groceries over the whole situation even though I pointed out to her it was not their fault obviously she was upset because she had to put in a $30 coupon and said she would get in trouble even though Jacob and the cashier were extremely helpful and polite I felt she was very rude to them and me and very unprofessional for expressing her feelings very blatantly long story short Jacob ended up offering me $0.29 that I was short on instead of me running out to the car and holding up the line I wanted to make a point to tell you he was an amazing employee and really impressed me how polite and sweet he was to help me so I recommend keeping him around and maybe telling whoever the lady was in charge to be a little more professional and lighten up on the employees who were not responsible in any way shape or form for...

I came in to Stop & Shop on Wednesday, March to 12 near the end of closing. I came to pick up a few items, and I also had picked up some baby eczema cream for a couple worker I went through the self checkout in the process of me. Checking out my items, the baby cream when I Swiped it across the scanner, it appeared as it scanned, but it didn't scan so I called the young lady over. She came over, she went in the bag. She took it out and she tried to scan it as I did, but it did not scan for her either It it gave her the same problem. And so she turned to me because it was not ringing up and she asked me what the price was of it. I gave her the price. She had to put it in manually. Because it was not scanning on its own. Okay, I told her I said it's giving me a lot of problems so you go ahead and scan the item so she scanned the rest of my items and I paid for them i'm not sure why the Pittsfield Police would be called out But anyway, I guess to review the cameras, but I did not take anything.I paid for all my items and when that item did not scan.I called someone to make sure that they scanned the item but that was my experience at...

I live in Los Angeles, California, this morning I found out that someone used my bank account to make a fraudulent purchase at this store location. I've never been out of California and have my bank card with me, so I'm just appalled about the way they processed the transaction using my bank account. I called the store location and tried speaking to the store manager but unfortunately they weren't able to help me, when I explained to them about they're process to make debit card purchases they just took my name and number and said that loss prevention would be returning my call. People need to be more careful when making purchases that their employees are actually doing their job in verifying the person's identity. They need to train management for better customer service. What a shame, because of this, back at home I'm unable to process my own personal transactions. They should at least compensate me with a gift card from visa because now I have to wait for an investigation from my bank to their store location. If I could I would just give 0 STARS...
