Salon Experience — Local services in Pittsfield

I went here to get my hair highlighted. The lady (karen) who was doing my hair only had two hours to do mine until her next client she said. I payed $120 (overcharged) and i'm just really dissatisfied with the look. I dont ever seeing myself paying $120 for rushed highlights I can barely see especially when I wanted it to be more towards the blonder side. Even all my family members and people who saw it, agreed that there was no change. Top it off, only front of my hair was styled and the rest of my hair was wet so I had to put in a ponytail. FABULOUS!! While traveling the area, I desperately needed highlights, color, cut, etc.... I was a bit skeptical as good hair dressers are hard to come by. But, after a few reviews I chose Salon Experience, made an appt online (GREAT Idea!) and was there the following day.
