China Wok — Restaurant in Pittsfield

Went there on Christmas Eve to get some food to bring home to enjoy . One of the employees kids was coughing hysterically like he had whooping cough. Was running into the bathroom right by the food counter, was actually throwing up with the door open for all to see & hear. Not covering his mouth, not washing hands, touching everything in sight, including front door handle. We had already ordered over $100 worth of food and paid for it before this all occurred. Needless to say, the food went mostly to waste, and now, 3 days later, I am sick as a dog!! Never go there!!! His father kept screaming at him from behind the counter “ YOU GO TO HOSPITAL”. The kid was like 9 years old. Ridiculous! Update: just tested positive for Covid. I’m sure many others who were picking up their orders were exposed...

ZERO STAR They are a mess I just had to call a hour after my order was placed and they don’t even have it still said they had slips everywhere and that she couldn’t find my order that was placed 1 hour ago

Update I ordered again today hopeing things have change but again they let me down we had ordered dumplings sugar doughnut’s beef teriyaki and a combo meal the dumpling no lie had a metal strip of a steel scrubbing pad for their pans and dishes inside of the dumpling and the beef teriyaki they cross contaminate with seafood now if i was to give a kiss to my son he would of gone into Anaphylactic shock Beef teriyaki should never smell like shrimp or any type of seafood I’m genuinely done with...

I've visited 3 times and enjoyed the food and experience until this last time. I will NEVER return or recommend!! They should be shut down by the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Our most recent visit was a disaster for the following reasons: I watched the owner, bare handedly, reach into the tub of duck sauce to fill the to-go cups. Their son came within 5" of our food multiple times and the owner never said anything. My trash panda of a husband threw out his pork fried rice because it was rotten tasting.
