Our sales associate Scott was great. He was very knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and never tried to pressure or upsell me. He was courteous and informed me about the tax free weekend so I could place my order to get the tax savings. The store itself is easy to navigate , pleasing to the eye and showcases your products nicely.
I was less pleased with the actual order placement process itself. There were multiple frustrations and deficiencies that need to be corrected. I was trying to do it all online . There were delays in sending me the email to place the order and enter payment method. Then I couldn’t complete the payment online so I went to the help desk. Apparently numerals in my phone number were transposed on your end. So they corrected it, but then I couldn’t get off the customer service site. Scott finally took the payment info over the phone. I did finally receive a receipt, but not an itemized receipt. So I wasn’t sure what exactly I’d paid for! Now I have a proper receipt after I requested one, but I still can’t tell if the 20% discount was applied, or if the matching tax discount was applied.

He asked us a series of questions related to our current mattress and experience and guided us to a few options. He could tell almost right away what appeared to be a good overall fit for comfort and support. He also encouraged us to take whatever time was needed as we tried out each option. In the end, we selected the Beautyrest Black Series 3 firm with the companion Simmons adjustable motion frame II. We hope to have many quality nights of sleep and comfort on our new mattress set. Having never experienced an adjustable frame before we will be interested to see how it adds to our overall experience. Read moreFirst of all, there was a huge inventory of mattresses, of varying types and prices. My salesman, Bill, was thorough and knowledgeable, and on top of that, a really nice person. We talked in depth about what I was looking for to address various issues with my back and hips. Bill then had me try out, and take my time, three mattresses. We discussed the construction of each one, while we never talked about the prices. I eventually picked one that felt the best after thoroughly enjoying my shopping experience. My mattress comes today, one day after purchasing it, and Bill advised me that if after a couple weeks, it isn't working for me, to call him and he will arrange for alternative.
