Place is very clean and had a lot for kids to do. The reason for my 1 star is because they do not take kid safety seriously. We took my 3 and 4 year old daughters for the first time today and my 3 year old was going up the stairs to the side where you use a tube to go down and I was right behind her and SHE FELL ALL THE WAY DOWN BETWEEN THE STAIRS AND THE NET ON THE SIDE. If that wasn’t bad enough where she fell into had no way to access it. We literally had to rip the netting apart to get to her. Once she was finally safe I tried to talk to the manager and she was completely rude, never asked if my child was okay or anything. She said that kids younger than my daughter have fallen before. Also her excuse was she was the only one working that whole morning till noon so if she didn’t see that it was loose or didn’t have time to check everything then there is no way to know… so because they are understaffed it’s okay to put a child's life at risk?! When asked if it would be fixed she said she was going to fix it now with a staple gun (how are staples going to fix the issue?) when asked if she’s fixing where we ripped open or the actual issue she said “I don’t know where she fell from” never even bothered to ask us to show her. Now this wasn’t a small fall she was at the top of the stairs when it happened. I’m absolutely disgusted with how this happened and how it was handled-or lack of handling I should say. Please be very careful with your kids here. Both my kids are absolutely traumatized my oldest daughter was crying when we were going home saying how scared she was for her sister and how she doesn’t want to go back. I am absolutely heartbroken the lack of care the employees have and how this has happened before but nothing has been done to fix it from...
Read moreThe staff is too busy on their phones, and the two watching the front door allowed a 5 year old to walk out unaccompanied into the busy parking lot. You’re better off finding a fair arcade game at a county fair than at that place. I highly recommend you going to Chuck E. Cheese instead. Edit here is a quote from your own website “ Ready Set Play is a safe, fun environment where kids can have a great time. We have a wide variety of activities including a large indoor playground featuring, slides, ball pits, and much more to keep your kids having fun for hours. And because we know that parents need a break too, we will have a cafe on-site where you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while the kids play.” I was actively looking for my son in the play area, and I lost sight of him because It is very dark with many areas with low visibility. The play area has multiple exit points. Also, no, you did not bring him to me. You may also want to reply to my wife’s email and double check to see who is CCed on it. additional edit: I see you edited Your response And Remove the Response as well as the blatant lie, I also found out from one of the other parents that another child got lost for over 30 minutes shortly after we left. It seems like you need significantly better lighting, so people can actually keep track...
Read moreWe recently held our toddler’s birthday party at Ready, Set, Play, and while the venue setup was great, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor professionalism and uncomfortable staff interactions. The most disruptive moment came when a staff member interrupted the party to request the remaining balance right in the middle of the celebration and in front of our guests. It was unnecessary, and completely out of place. A simple reminder before or after the event would have been far more appropriate. Throughout the event, the staff’s engagement with partygoers was noticeably off-putting. They seemed rude and offered little to no warmth or enthusiasm. Their presence felt more like monitoring than hosting, which made the atmosphere feel transactional rather than celebratory. Hosting a toddler’s party should feel joyful, welcoming, and well-supported. Unfortunately, this experience felt more like a rental with rules than a celebration with care. We left feeling disappointed and a bit embarrassed by how things unfolded.
I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders how they approach customer service, especially during milestone events for...
