🤩Susan🤩 helped my fiance and I pick out our engagement rings, not only did she help us over several days but would not just let us settle for ok. She made sure that both my fiance and I were glowing with happiness on our rings. Even the store manager went above and beyond for us! Another gentleman 🤩Brandon🤩 helped us through the sizing process along side with Susan! Everyone here is amazing and would strongly suggest to stop in and ask for Susan or Brandon!! You will regret going anywhere else!!!! Will be returning for ALL my jewelry needs!!!
UPDATE I just have to add that recently everyone at the store has been absolutely amazing!!! I could not say enough good things about them!! I recently suggested my mother to go in to Kay's if she was looking for new jewelry. The associate that assisted mother did AWESOME!! Not only did they help my mother with all her crazy requests, they even went out of their way to go above and beyond for her with an issue she was having with a piece of jewelry she already owned!! I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO STOP AND SPEAK WITH THESE PEOPLE, well worth the time and money when your looking for jewelry
UPDATE 10/11/21 I went in to see Brandon on getting a ring I owned resized, not only did Brandon assured me that if they could resize it without damaging the ring they will. Just picked it up yesterday only took them a little over 7 business days which is ok I would rather them take their time and get it right. The ring is AMAZING, not only did it fit perfectly! But they were able to size it without losing to much of the design on the side, which is what I was most worried about! They also cleaned the entire ring so it looks 100% better almost looks brand new, and less worn out and dirty! I CAN'T SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH! I will strongly recommend everyone to go here not only for stunning jewelry but any work done on any jewelry you already own! Read moreI would love to give credit where due. And over the past 3 years. I had some..(far between good experiences with Kays (both berkshire county stores). I have purchased thousands of dollars in jewelry in these locations. Expecting that they were professional along the way. Now I feel as if my investments are NOT backed by the value they did hold on paper! This last experience was with a ring i purchased as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. A beautiful piece that needed to be sized up by half a size. We specifically asked then to add gold to size it and agreed we would pay more for that. We picked up 3 rings from repair today. Which over the last 3 years, almost always results in one piece making it back to the shop because their repair shop never corrects issues and creates new ones. Well according to KOJo he sent my boyfriends rings to Levian with my rings. (This ring isnt Levian). They messed up the ring. It is bumpy and not shaped cirmectrically. According to kojo.. the mistake was his to send it to levian. And then the story switched that he sent it to Levian to be stretched so he could send it to his shop to add. In the end he quoted us $220 to fix the added gold for the half size resize!. We were so upset that wr talked of another jewler. And he threatened to make a note in my account because that could void our warranty! So now we are stuck with a ring that they damaged. And were told that even if we pay 220 to fix it. It will never have perfection!! I feel like i own high priced cracker jack prizes at this point! No recourse! And every time something goes wrong , there is always a story! Including one of these dozen repairs that they lost one of my rings. I kept coming back trusting they would make things right! At this point .. I would NEVER trust this business !! If u have opportunity to buy jewlery at a reputable place! Please save yourself the nightmare. They couldnt even confirm if 1.. 2 or 3 of my repair rings were in before we went to the store. I specifically asked for them to do a "cut and spread" so that the ring wouldn't be thinned down. I was willing to pay for the small bit of metal that it would've taken to do that, even though the ring was within the return period and was warrantied on top of that... was told "No problem!" By Kojo (I believe [acting] manager there).
When the ring came back, however, they did the "heat and stretch" method (badly!!) which resulted in a ring that was uneven, bumpy, and much thinner than i am comfortable with. Definitely NOT what I specifically asked for!!
Kojo tried to tell me they would now have to replace the full shank at a cost to me of almost $220 to fix THEIR mistake. When i mentioned going to my preferred jeweler to look at it Kojo was quick to state that if my ring were serviced by any other jeweler it would void the warranty (violation of Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975 that the FTC cracked down on a few years past), and that he was threatened that he was "noting that in our records".
I will NEVER buy anything from this store, nor recommend anyone go...
