There is lottery both behind the customer service desk as well as on the floor. The lottery machine on the floor requires you to scan the barcode on your license for age verification.

Children can enjoy driving in a play car cart as the parent or guardian pushes the cart and loads merchandise in the top part.

This Stop & Shop no longer has red box but there are a few down the road at other stores. There is also no liquor or tobacco sales at this store but there are plenty...

The fish there is really not ever very fresh. Always smells fishy. It tastes o k but I know when It has an odor it's not Fresh. Also, I've been shopping there as well as using their pharmacy for years. Unfortunately, the service of the at the pharmacy has really gone downhill. Some of the Staff is extremely rude. I called the pharmacy 3 days before. I was in the store to pick up my prescription. At the set time I was promised it would be ready. When I arrived it was not ready and I was told that it would be 2 hours before it would be ready. Not 1 person other than myself was at the pharmacy. Waiting on a prescription. I understand they have other work to do and prescriptions to fill. But I really think the people that are actually standing. There are and w waiting for their prescription should come before. The people that aren't there and also when you're promised a time especially days Beforehand it should Be honored Rather than be met with rudeness. Making me feel like I was putting them out for them...

Del Alba Plaza isn't a shopping center, just a Stop & Shop and a bank branch. I'm not a huge fan of Stop & Shop, they're always too big and strangely laid out, but they do carry a different selection of brands and products than other local supermarkets, so I do go to one from time to time. I like this one better than their other Pittsfield location, it's rarely if ever crowded, and there's great parking and plenty of self-checkouts. Only drawback is those cleanup robots they have are annoying, one's sometimes just right there when you turn around, causing you (or me, anyway 😀 )to trip over...
