😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 As a legal witness, around 8pm last night, I have watched a family with one son come up to the counter repeatedly to have their meals changed, because their orders were incorrect. I don’t blame them, for even I had to get the clerks to change my burger that was incorrectly made. Soon after, the family began to lose patience and demanded a refund, but the clerks behind the counter started screaming, especially at the wife, refusing to help out. She demanded apologies for both poor service and for screaming at her face, but they refused to acknowledge her. So as I’ve watched, she contacted the corporation on her cellphone and filed the official complaint. That is something I should do from now on, whenever I deal with any behavior that is deemed unacceptable within any chain of the food industry - whether obnoxious, hostile, arrogant or ignorant. All the family wanted was to simply have a good time with their son. Those clerks have NO RIGHT to mistreat families like...
Read moreDo not go to this Burger King. The man pictured said he was the manager and said he could not give his first name because of security reasons, though it was really due to his horrible customer service. All of my food was cold and stale & when I asked for a fresh batch of fries he said “we are about to close.” I asked for my money back because he was rude, short, and no empathy for the fact that he gave me cold food. I also waited to be served at the drive thru speaker for 20 minutes, which took away the time that could have been spent on dropping fresh food. Absolutely unprofessional and would recommend this guy be in professional development/leadership courses in customer service. In the future, it’s best to let customers know in advance over the speaker that you are about to close, and what you can and cannot do within that time period. But cold food is always unacceptable when people are spending...
Read moreI feel really bad for this Burger King. They’re severely understaffed, and the wait times can be upward of 30 minutes. When I went, I saw the long drive-thru line and opted for indoor ordering. I stood at the counter for a few minutes, a fellow customer told me he waited around 10 minutes before ordering. When I finally got to order (no one in front of me), I noticed that there were only 2 people working. They were running back and forth, both cooking and taking orders. I ordered a drink only, and the woman taking my order was so bubbly and sweet. She complimented my frog purse and expressed her love of frogs. It was a nice conversation. I got my drink a minute or so later and I left. I still feel bad about this Burger King and the lack of staff they have. The people working are as kind as they can be and truly are...
