Verizon — Local services in Lenox

The store scams people. Dont buy a phone here. Go to the real Verizon store in Pittsfield. This is a 3rd party retailer. They will offer discounts, services etc that aren’t real. 99% sure my phone was an open box item that they sold as new. The screen was covered in dirt and a film that only came off with hard cleaning.

Have been getting endless spam calls since going there so they probably sell peoples information as well. This store sucks.

They charge extra $45 “nonrefundable” fees without disclosing them. Absolute scum practice.

They will present documents to you with a Verizon logo stating it requires a signature for your contract with Verizon. It’s actually Cellular Sales Inc. contract that allows them to rip you off at any point during the transaction. Disgusting business.

They respond and tell you to call but the customer service does nothing to help. They confirm you are indeed being scammed. They’ll put you on hold several times and offer no further assistance every time. They won’t connect you to a manager. Only that they “can forward this phone recording on but there is no guarantee a manager will reach out”

Look up the complaints about this third part retailer on the Better Business Bureau site. This company is built on scamming its customers. Selling used phones as new, charging for services not provided. Lying saying certain charges are a standard Verizon charge. Don’t bother calling if you got scammed. Accept that your $45 is more important to a multi-million dollar company than their reputation. Scum....

We needed to switch our whole families cell phones from a competitor’s service. We entered the store and were greeted delightfully by the employees. They offered us free snacks and beverages while we waited for a representative to become free. Not too long after that Todd asked us to come over and asked what he could do for us today? Todd was very nice, a great conversationalist, and very informative and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and provided with several choices for new phones. During the whole hours long process he was very kind and helpful and very efficient at his job. In the end we got a great cell phone family plan and new phones with our trade ins and some discounts as well. While waiting for our phone information to transfer ( which took awhile ) they offered us wraps and drinks for lunch as well. We were treated very well at this location and are so very glad Todd and his fellow workers were so good to us and even mentioned if we had any issues to stop back by for assistance in the future. We are glad we chose this location to purchase new phones rather than the Verizon store in Pittsfield, which in the past has provided lousy customer service and unsatisfactory assistance from...

I hate writing negative reviews, but I feel so horribly cheated by this store. I bought a phone with the promise that I would get $500 off with a promotion and trade in of my old phone. A few days after bringing the phone home, I called to ensure that the trade in was actually in fact $200, only to find out that my trade in was $10 and I was not given the promotion on the phone. A $320 deal skyrocketed to $820. I quickly bought a much cheaper phone online through Amazon and went to return the other phone (6 days after purchase). The store found a few scratches on the phone and charged me $150 in "damaged phone restocking fees". Don't trust any "great deals" they say they can get you. They will promise you a deal only for you to find out that you are paying full price when it's too late to return. If you are lucky to catch their fraudulent "promotion" within the 14 day return window, they will charge you for any small amount of wear and tear because "Verizon can't make money selling a...
