Came in motivated, left wondering why this place even exists.
I walked in with a junk guitar and told them straight up: “This thing’s junk.” Guy says, “Yeah, we’ll test it.” Cool. They plug it in—it kind of works. He comes back with:
“Yeah, I think we’re gonna pass… it’s gonna need some work.”
No problem. But then, with zero follow-up, he hits me with:
“Good luck with the bass thing.”
That’s it. No, “Want to see what we have?” No, “We could order something.” Not even, “Need help getting started?” Just “Good luck,” like I wandered into the wrong building.
You’d think a music store would be even remotely interested in helping someone switch over to bass—especially someone who already plays guitar and is ready to buy. But nah, dude acted like I asked him to fix a lawnmower.
If you’re a beginner, or even slightly excited to try something new, don’t go here. Cold attitude, no effort, and nothing but wasted time. This place doesn’t help musicians they gatekeep them.
Edit to my original review: Thanks for responding, but you completely missed the point. I wasn’t mad that you didn’t buy the junk guitar—I literally told you it was junk.
What actually bothered me was how I said I wanted to get into playing bass, and the guy just said “good luck with the bass thing” and moved on. That’s insane. I’m in a music store trying to start something new, and I get blown off.
That’s like walking into a grocery store and saying “Hey, where’s the bread?” and someone goes “Good luck with that.” Makes no sense at all.

They are local and have everything I need when I need it quick . Xlr cables , pre-amp even a light used selection of stuff . I intend to do more business here in the future .
