Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pittston Township

Many reasons why I gave the taco Bell a one star. One it is never exactly what you guys show on TV, the prices aren't the same has you say on TV, but this taco Bell I went to today I was really dissatisfied because I just had surgery about a week ago and my mother decided to treat me to taco Bell. Well no one greeted us when we came in for one and then we stood there for five minutes give or take. Then I called for the worker that was in drive throw and she ignored me until I yelled at her to get her attention, and I was calling her before she got a car. Then the manager finally came up a minute or two later and acted like nothing is wrong like it was ok to have customers waiting. Sorry if I was a manger and that happened I would of gave the customer something free that was under $2 to say I'm sorry or gave a 10% discount from the total purchase amount. Then I asked did they have a taco salad combination and the manager said yes but it wasn't on the board she had to look in the back of it to make sure. Sorry to say you need to show all the combos where the customers can see them. I know all the other fast food place shows all there combos and this is getting ridiculous on how the customers get treated. I really wish 0 stars was an option, after tonight I'll never be coming back to this already usually mediocre excuse of fast food, after ordering I waiting 11 minutes to be able to get to the window to pay, after that it was 18 minutes until the fourth car ahead of me also waiting for their food finally got anything only after the worker had to ask which order they had, the guy parked and a couple minutes later got put and dropped the bag in front of the door, then after about another 10 minutes a worker finally came out again going car to car asking what everyone ordered, then tried to give me the food for the car behind me, while there's still 3 cars in front of me that havent been served yet, when he came back out agiannabout 5 minutes after that he had food for the first car in front me of mstill leaving two cars that were before us both without foode, then came back out with mine EDIT came here once after last review, was given the wrong order, when I got what I ordered it still had cheese on the tacos (specifically asked for no cheese due to LI) got an attitude when I asked for the correct order, and that was after sitting at the window for 14 minutes for 2 soft tacos and a drink, tried to give them a chance again but that will not be...

Employees lack attention, drive through cashier distracted and playing on her cell phone instead of being polite to customers, she snipped into the microphone taking orders. She seemed too old for it to be typical young kid, type of lackadaisical behavior. She was flat out lazy and rude. My food was tossed into the bag with little concern, sour cream all over inside, meat, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese every where in the bag and ended up all over my vehicle's middle console and floor. Much of the food was lost and removing any value to the meal. Employees seem miserable and do not appear to give a care toward customers. Unacceptable behavior! I thought this was a good location, a few years ago I was here and employees were friendly. I had a minor issue and manager was very polite and helpful. She was kind and personable. Now seems this particular taco bell is in the toilet.

Check my other reviews to see I do attempt to be objective, I do not usually trash talk, you can see it is not common for me to speak ill and, when I do, there is something definitely wrong.

I'd give a 0 for device if I could. I doubt I could get it, but I would like my money back for this...
