Burger King — Restaurant in Pittston Township

I stopped in here for a quick bite while on a drive. They had a steady flow of cars in drive thru but noone inside. I ordered the new Flame Grilled Chicken sandwich - the employee let me know that takes 5-6 minutes to broil, which I appreciated. I was okay with the with and proceeded with the order.

I ordered a drink as well, but when I went to get a drink all of the diet and zero sugar options were out. I went to the counter and asked if they had Zero Sugar Dr Pepper back there. No. I asked about another. No. I finally asked a different employee to please fill me up with a diet option and they were able to do that.

The tables were filthy. All of them, not just one or two. It looked like they hadn't been wiped off all day or maybe even for dayssss. I found one that was okay and wiped it down.

My chicken came up and it was hot, fresh and made to order. The chicken was really good.

My chicken sandwich and drink were $9 - probably would've been a better value to get a meal, but I didn't need fries.

Awful experience spent over 30min in the drive through and there was only one car in front of me. It took 3 min before they even acknowledged me and took my payment and much longer for my food. 3 different people came to me at the window and none of them knew what had already happened ( if I payed, if I got my drink or food ect.) it wasn't until the final person brought my food that anyone even apologized for the long wait. I was beyond patient and didn't complain once and still the staff acted as if nothing was wrong. The worst part was when I pulled up to the window my whole meal was ready but one burger which took 15min just for the last one. This is not the first time. For such a poor experience but it was the last....

Ordered a Double Whopper, no mayo no pickles, easy enough. I didn't get to eat it until the next day. When I opened it it was a single with lots of mayo and 5 pickles. Not upset, I called the store to let them know. I was hoping they would just take my name like most places would fix or compensate for my next visit but ,No. She asked me if I could come back I told her I was at work and I wouldn't be able to get there for a couple of days so she told me if I bring the product with me since I'm not eating it I could get a refund. Really? You want me to drive around for 3 or 4 days with an old burger in my car? I know the hiring pool is pretty shallow, but if that's the best you can do.......
