I ORDER FROM SAME LOCATION EVERYTIME BUT FOR SOME REASON WHEN WE SHOWED UP AT LOCATION STORE NO ORDER. I CHECK MY EMAIL TO SEE A STORE 30 MINS FROM MY HOUSE. I CALL STORE WITH THE RUDEST SERVICES EVER. THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HELP ME AT ALL. THEN TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM AND I'D STILL PAY FOR THE ONLINE MISTAKE. I WORK VERY HARD AND $30 FOR TWO SANDWICHES IS OUTRAGEOUS AS IT IS ON SALE. I WILL NEVER.... NEVERRRRRR ORDER HERE AGAIN. THEIR IS TO MANY OTHER PLACE IN AREA TO GET A GREAT SUB AT WAY BETTER PRICES AND MUCH BETTER SERVICES UNBELIEVABLE....!!
Updated... I did contact you and a message was sent to my email from Rachel that was very condescending. I reply to the email with my side of story and haven't got a reply. Your manager bold face lied about whole situation. Im over this and learned my lesson I WILL NOT EVER RETURN after this whole experience..!! I just got out hospital yesterday that was hour in half from my house so LAST THING I need was to drive 30 mins there then 30 mims home after driving 15 mins to my local store. My request was simple please refund me so, I could order at the correct store and I was told that a refund was not possible no matter what. I could either drive to get the store or lost out on my food and money. That was most heartless rude service I ever received. SORRY there is no correcting this situation and it's sad cause I NEVERRRRRR....... had bad experience at dickson city.
