Verizon — Local services in Pittston Township

I was in the store on Nov 7th my original rate was going to be bad because my 1st impression was bad i was looking to switch from sprint and the guy that was working at the store for the day was not helpful we hade got a error msg and instead of him calling he basically said it was not nothing he can do so i left. This store is AWFUL!!!! Don’t waste your time coming here. They claim to be an “authorized Verizon” store but yet every time I come here it’s an issue! The customer service is HORRIFIC!! Maybe the guy working today took too much test booster this morning bc he was raging!! Go to Verizon in Dickson City!!! Don’t bother with this imitation Verizon store! It should be SHUT down!!!! I have been a Verizen customer for more than 5 years, I have a family rate. Yesterday I went to this store and wanted to buy a new number, I immediately asked that I need a light number.
