Amazing selection!!! Great service! Such a cool spot! Will always visit when we hit main Street. Can't say enough great things about this shop!!

January 2022 update:

Still a great selection but an older woman with grey hair checked us out today. We grabbed the crackers and goat cheese we love. We didn't see any petit Basque we always get there so we asked. The woman asked us if we wanted a whole block. We said no after she showed us the block. We asked for a 1/4. She pushed us to buy more 4 times and then commented on how small the piece was. Highly recommend this place! I am grateful to have a nice cheese shop like this right at downtown placerville. Not going to lie, of course the price is somewhat higher than places like Whole Foods but it’s worth it as it’s not always I have the luxury to pick up my favorite cheese from Whole Foods before heading up placerville for a few days so this is a life saver when I need some good cheese!
