I would like to start off by saying they have one good employee his name is Sean, Other than that this store is a complete disaster very unprofessional and no employee is trained properly. I have never been treated with worst customer service and knowledge in the 14 years I've owned a Verizon plan Then I have when I came in here two weeks ago. Which makes matters even worse on a Thursday night I came The guy I was dealing with Sean wasn't going to be there on Saturday afternoon we both asked the other employee Who likes to drink Lots of Mountain Dew and eat candy instead of paying attention to the The customers. After Sean and I asked him if he can handle swapping the phones around On the account on Thursday when Sean wasn't going to be there on Saturday He confirmed he could I come back on Saturday afternoon after an hour Of trying to figure it out he has no clue what he's doing I wasted over an hour for him then to tell me to go to Stroudsburg to a corporate. I bought two devices one which was turned on at the wind gap store And another turned on at the corporate store in Stroudsburg in which the owner John Of the wing gap store try to argue about giving me a return on the set up an activation of the second phone Again this place is highly unprofessional I would recommend driving an extra 15 minutes north and go to the Stroudsburg corporate Store. And if you didn't know already the corporate store only charges $30 activation fees with Transfer the wind gap store charges $40. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped in on August 14th, I asked if I paid off my phone completely how much would I have down for a phone like Samsung S10+ or The brand new Note 10+ for preorder.
The sells rep then said that I could get the phone with 0 down, so I came back in on August 15th. I paid off my phone then suddenly while trying to get the note 10+ she says "you would need a $600 downpayment".
But, she said to me that there was no downpayment if I paid it off. So basically, I paid off my phone and couldn't get the the phone I wanted. Then she tried to sell me other phones, I declined and left.
I wish she said that she would have needed to see if l needed a downpayment for the new phone I wanted before even coming back in the next day.
I am extremely disappointed and frequently upset that I got lied too and couldn't get the phone that I really wanted and worked hard for.
