This visit was the worst. I couldnt find quite a few.things this time, I waited for help for about 20 minutes then moved on, the pharmacy was absolutely chaotic, the tech, vicki, was extremely rude, I understand that you are busy but i dont appreciate being ignored, spoken over, and then left waiting (i am a single mother with two kids WAITING on me) and the way she spoke to the younger girl like she was a dog made me a bit angry, I felt the need to tell her no one is perfect and it's all about looking on the positive side, things will go wrong but dont allow it to change you or your attitude...she smiled. Vicki then proceeded to tell me how my insurance is ran and tell me that she couldnt do certain things, she refused, which really means that I had to wait longer and then eventually walk away because she was helping others and I was the first person there, I also did not appreciate that. I was still attempting to be nice, yet when she came back to me she still said she couldnt, I was firm that she could she said I dont have time, and i was trying to be polite as I work in the healthcare field, but the way she purposely disregarded me, as well as spoke over me without even hearing what I even said, and then proceeding with the same sour attitude and presence really makes me want to take all of my business elsewhere. I have times, dates and other events with this tech that are previous with the same result. This is the Kroger that I chose to keep going to based on a few people that go over and beyond because I am a regular. But I also had a problem with the cashier (I asked her if she could count the save 5 items for me to make sure I got them even and she said she couldnt, I know that she can but I don't understand why she lied, she took my coupons without scanning them, I had a few for free milk with purchase and I asked if she could have someone grab them and she ignored me) and the bag boys, I had to run to my truck to get my Id and when I came back they were literally slopping all of my groceries, produce, cleaner, detergent, yogurts EVERYWHERE! I just finished unpacking my groceries and almost everything is busted up, my produce is smashed, there was bleach Crystals in with them as well, my yogurts were busted, boxes smashed, chemicals packed with produce, bagged food, I bought alot of fresh fish and shrimp that was packaged with febreze and leaking everywhere.    Read moreHorrible experience with Plainfield Indiana Store Management for a friend of mine. They charged her multiple times for Clicklist and she tried for days to get someone to refund the charges and they didn't care to call her back. The various individuals she spoke with treated her like she wasn't telling the truth and could have cared less to go the extra mile to help her. She ended up having to physically go into the store and still basically didn't really believe her. They wanted more proof than what she was showing them from her credit card account on her phone. Instead of them working to fix the issue, she had to spend so much time jumping through hoops when they should have done it for her since it was their mistake but they made it her problem. Still, after more than a week of trying, calling and faxing a ton of paperwork, nobody has yet to call her and money hasn't been refunded. I will never use this store again. Have been a customer of the store since it opened. Sad that customer service is non existent...
