Bought 3rd battery from these guys. Presume it was the owner when my wife had problems with her recent new battery a week after the purchase. He really wouldn't listen to what she was saying. Kept telling her it was just a bad coil. She has 5 tanks, has been vaping for over 7 years and I had recently replaced all coils on her tanks. She had already tried switching to another tanks. The battery continued to flash LOW POWER even when just charged and would constantly shut down with the only way to "wake it up" was to re-hook to charger. It had brief moments of working normally. The battery happened to work during the 2 minutes she was in the store but went back to being difficult once she was driving again. Also, she purchased 2 boxes of the coils same time as battery, so he either is wrong and the battery is bad and he doesn't want to own up, or he sold us an entire box of bad coils. Either way, he didn't want to own up and solve the problem, so we won't...

These guys are all good. Knowledgeable..and they do their very best to get u going .yes it's cheaper online but if your new or just like personal care YOU need to get your stuff here bc the help and information they offer are always there ready to help their own customer base and with the industry changing constantly so fast ...again you. New and old vapers need to buy here and pay the extra for the extra attention..it's worth it --- you are not just paying for product..your buying personal attention..and the hours..they are open great long operating hours..it's indiana .with the leadership in this state you need to be up on the laws ..these guys help with that too...

Sorry for upsetting any customers Some People Call and ask what Juices or what Mods Do You Have, I Hope Most People Understand That When we have 5-6 People at the Counter. We also try to put Everybody into the Mod that is best for them we let customers tests Mods, We don't make comission so I apologize if anyone bought something the didn't like or was to much or not enough for them. I'm Vary Sorry We Usually Don't Answer The Phone at all When We Have Customers waiting...I Know Everyone Can't Be Happy No Matter What But I Hope Our Customers Are Happy...You can come by and Test Us So You Can See For Yourself...Lol Thank You to all our Great Customers...Have a Wonderful...
