Arrived at the establishment, employee was outside. This was not a big deal because hey we all need breaks in general but especially in customer service. Upon entering, I greeted the employee and was not acknowledged. She never greeted me or my husband upon entering or even responded to “how are you?” Her demeanor was very off putting. After looking at the menu and asking about a simple flavor she did not respond so I repeated my question which she was very short with her response “yea”. At this point I said no to even making a purchase because I felt unwelcome. There were no other customers in the store. I’m visiting from out of town and this was my very first impression. I can’t speak to the quality of items offered because the customer service was terrible. I am typically very empathetic to people having bad days because it happens. We came on Sunday to try the place out after eyeballing it for a while. The dining area was dirty with trash and ice cream messes still on the tables. The ice cream and Dole soft serve seemed pretty over priced. I saw another couple there that ordered a couple of the crepe desserts. They were sitting there waiting for probably around 45 minutes before their items were brought out to them.

This is the second time I have tried to give this place a chance. Both times I have went in they only had enough ice to make one shaved ice when I wanted 3, of course they don’t let you know ahead of time and response was ice is too expensive to put another block in. Tell that to my other 2 children that didn’t get any! They hardly have anything in stock just seems to be very poorly ran. I only gave this place a second change because frigid frog was closed.
