Drove from Greenwood on a Monday to get my key FOB cut and programmed. I was told the guys who do that weren't working, so come back Tuesday. Drove back Tuesday just to be told they couldn't use my key and they had to backorder a new one and it'd be $300. They said they couldn't use my key because if something got messed up they would have to buy me a new one. So, they're fine inconveniencing me by avoiding a low risk situation. Pretty upset they didn't tell me that up front and prevent me from driving across town multiple times. I called Pop-A-Lock. They showed up to my house, cut and programmed my FOB within 10 minutes for $175. Sure wish I knew about Pop-A-Lock beforehand!...

On my last visit to this store, several employees were clustered in the paint department engaging in conversation about religion, drunk driving, death, and suicide. A retail store full of customers is hardly the place for these sorts of conversations. I probably would have overlooked the inappropriate nature of the conversation given the setting had one of the employees not snickered at me when I needed assistance. Read moreI prefer to shop at this store for things I could easily purchase elsewhere. The staff at Mitch's store is knowledgeable,very helpful and friendly, in fact. The store is clean,aisles neatly arranged and clearly labeled. If you need assistance, they are there. If you're a browser like myself, they don't hover. I bet they carry things that would surprise you!
