Incredible experience. I had a custom piece made here for my engagement ring, and Abid was incredibly helpful throughout every step of the process. The design was outstanding, and the overall experience was exceptional.

I’m writing this review more than a month after my purchase, and I can confidently say that Abid is the most incredible, professional, and honest jeweler I’ve ever met. He never pressures you to buy—in fact, he’s happy just to educate you, even if you don’t end up making a purchase.

People often say you need one good doctor, a good dentist, and a good mechanic in life—well, you also need a good jeweler. For me, that’s Abid. I’ll be returning to him for all of my future jewelry needs.

I worked with him to design my engagement ring, customizing every single detail. He was thorough in explaining the process and always acted with my best interest in mind. He’s not in it for a quick sale—he truly wants to earn your trust and business for life.

I brought in a watch today to have an aftermarket band attached. I was able to get one end on by myself, but was having trouble getting the other end on. I was charged $20 just to get the one link attached (no parts replaced), but it only took a couple minutes, so whatever.

I came back after I had paid, once I realized the repair man put the links on backwards. He tried to claim that's how it was attached originally (it was not) and that it was impossible to not attach backwards (despite the fact one end was already attached CORRECTLY, on my own without tools, when I first brought it in). He must have taken it off and reattached both links. After I pointed this out, he tried to lie and say otherwise. He refused to reattach the band because it was "aftermarket", and that he would know because he had "real Rolex's" in the back. This shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to fix, but he was probably too lazy to do that since I already paid. I’ll take it somewhere else to be fixed, again, correctly this time.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service here and I would never trust them to repair a watch again.

I could not have had a better experience. I first found my wifey's engagement ring on offer up, but asked if there was any way I could haggle the price down a bit. Oscar was the most accommodating i could imagine he is allowed to be. He gave me Willow Bend Jewelers phone number and said if I called it would remove the upcharge caused by using offer up. He then was willing to stay open passed closing by hours while I was waiting trying to get my girlfriend's ring size. He then held it for me because it would take a day for her to figure out her exact ring size. He then resized it for free, payed for the taxes, and shipped it ASAP using premium shipping. He took pictures of the box before sending it, and pictures of all receipts so that I had the exact tracking number that was printed out. I've never had a single doubt that I found my soul mate when I decided to marry the girl of my dreams, and this process only gave me more confidence I had found the right Jeweler too.
