I should start by saying the lack of 5 stars is not from the store, it’s dress selection, or the lovely lady who helped my daughter find her dress because they were 5-star rated. However, the beautiful dress needed alterations, and that is where the problem was. The store has a recommended alterations person. My daughter hired her. First, the alterations are shoddy at best, you cannot locate the bustle hooks with the naked eye, there is a black round stain on the inside bottom crinoline, snaps for the back lace are held by one strand of thread, and most importantly, I missed the final dress fitting because my daughter was texted that the dress was finished being altered and that she should come pick it up without any final fitting because the seamstress was booked. When both my daughters went to pick the dress up, the seamstress had the dress in the fitting room and told them she didn’t have any appointments. I missed that final fitting! May not be important to anyone else, but it was to me…In final, should you be shopping for a wedding dress, by all means, look at Bridal By Crown, but be prepared to find your own alterations person, or in my opinion, get a shoddy alterations job from their in-house recommended person. Oh, and I forgot to mention that we received a text from this alterations lady right before Hurricane Milton and after my daughter’s fitting, to come get the dress prior to it being altered so as the woman was not responsible...

Ladies, if you're looking for a wedding dress then look no more. Bridal by Crown was absolutely AMAZING!! My husband and I only gave ourselves 3 months to plan our wedding after weighting 7.5 years... my appointment to find a dress was 2 days after hurricane Milton and I still didn't have power lol but they made it happen! Leslie was absolutely 1million percent the most calming, helpful, and wonderful person to deal with, I went in with an open mind and stated things I thought I may like but that I was aware most of the time the bride leaves with something completely different. I picked out 2 dresses, asked a friend and Leslie to each pick out 2 dresses. I wanted to cover up so I didn't show my mom belly and ended up leaving with a beautiful tight dress that had me SNATCHEDDDD and feeling beautiful and sexy. Leslie did my alterations as well, very quick and suuuuper affordable. I highly recommend you book an appointment with them, its the only store I even went to! I got soooo many compliments...

I'm not crying you are!!! I went to a total of four bridal boutiques and Bridal By Crown was hands down my favorite spot! From the amazing experience I had with Leslie, to the dress options, AND the pricing.... I was shocked at the budget-friendly options they had for designer dresses! Everywhere else I went seemed to cost anywhere between $2k - $5k FOR THE SAME EXACT DRESSES.... I truly believe it was a blessing that I came across Bridal By Crown.

Leslie immediately felt like a friend to me and she was always accommodating and helpful when it came to finding my dream dress. Her responses were prompt and she never made me feel like a burden for asking questions about the dozens of dresses I threw at her LOL...
