New phone system... you must leave a message, HOWEVER, this is not for the ease of the customer. Otherwise, they would have it turned on before they open, so you don't have to call back after they open at 9 a.m. We receive an automated call that gives the first letters of the prescription & are told to press 1 to hear the full name.... pressed 1, and their system HANGS UP! If you call back... now you have to leave a message and wait up to an hour for someone to call you back. We go to pick up the 2 prescriptions the automated call said we have and are told they're is only 1 ready. We ask what the 2nd prescription is that the call mentioned and are told to CALL to find out...CALL???? REALLY.. WE ARE THERE IN PERSON AND ARE TOLD TO CALL..... so we can leave a message and wait an hour in hopes of being called back today?
