At a closing with Re/Max, Patty Farr, the work to the house was not done, incorrect information was given about the home. It was not disclosed that there was not running water to the home on the disclosure report. My husband and I did not close on this home. A earnest deposit was stated to be refunded back to me of $3000.00. Patty Farr stated at the closing meeting the check would be mailed back to me by Stewart Title. Weeks went by. I continued an attempt to contact Patty Farr, she avoided me. Then finally reaching her months later. She said that I have to contact an attorney to receive my earnest deposit back. Because of their paperwork mistakes and incorrect information I am out of my deposit because the seller did not disclose all the details. Patty Farr was dishonest and corrupt, basically stealing money from me. Think twice before doing business...

Completely awful. She will pocket your money. Like your deposit. You will never get it back even if the house is brighter than a diamond in a goats ass. Truly the worst. Mother of the reliever: we rented twice from Patty Farr once in Fox Creek the owner is a military man it was 995.00 down refundable and 995 a month when we went to move to another house in Atchison it was 1500.00 refundable and the same in rent. When we left both the duplex and the house they we are professionally cleaned and you could literally eat off the floors. She said it wasn't clean and we wouldn't be getting out deposits back may god strik me dead if I'm lying they where as clean if not cleaner then a show house. It all went into her pocket the poor old man we rented the house from didnt see a dime and I know for a fact rent at the house wasn't 1500.00 Patty...

Patty is absolutely amazing. Way back in 2010 Patty was one of the first faces I met while relocating to Platte City.
