Our food was awful. Pizzas were undercooked and were leaking with way too sauced that was lukewarm and cold in some parts. The pasta was cold in the middle and dry. And the breadsticks that came with it were dry and stale. The wings did not have nearly enough sauce on them and the flavor was barely there as a result. Lastly and most importantly, the worker who brought the food to my car was by far the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever interacted with in a customer/employee dynamic. I greeted him and thanked him for his work, but he never said a single word to me in our entire interaction. He rolled his eyes and scoffed when I asked him to "please place the food in the passenger seat." However, that was the option I selected when choosing contactless curbside pickup on the online ordering anytime. So... realistically he should have known to put them in the passenger seat and no be rude when I asked him to do so. I have really never had such horrible customer service before. Coupled with the mediocre food, I will not be returning to the establishment any time...
Read moreI'd like to give no stars, but that's not an option. Customer service is everything. Just a simple, "hi, how are you?" Would be nice. The guy couldn't even do that. I mentioned something and not even responding to what I said,his response, "whats the name?" Handed me the food and walked away. When ordering the food, the person just seemed sooooo thrilled. (*sarcasm intended) I think it was the same person, honestly. Btw, him asking for a name in store was the ONLY communication he did. It's not like they were busy doing anything, as no one was in the store when I was and the employees were standing around talking.
To make it better, a simple personal pizza is ALL I ordered. Do y'all hate your job that much?
In short, terrible customer service both over the phone and in store. Strongly recommend...
Read moreI literally just witnessed a Karen to say the least , this chick sent hee kid in to get her stuff . He paid for the wrong order . Apparently hers didn't come threw she instantly trys to snap a attitude an jump down the employees throat for the app not working correctly... she got her refund an stomped out after being rude as she could... it's 930 at night they close in 30 minutes.. he offered to make her meal an she just shook her head .... I'm like wow this is what a Karen looks like ... the employee handled the situation with ease..... cause I would of lost it if someone acted that way at the end...
