I found out that this Verizon is just a authorize dealer. When I got my first bill I found out the representative had lied to me regarding what it would cost and that the activation fee would be waved. When I called Verizon which was a corporate representative he informed me what the difference is. When I called the Manager at this Verizon Authorize Dealer he was not very helpful, he was rude and uncaring. What he didn't know was I had Corporate on the phone and they heard everything. Needless to say Corporate was Great. They also advised to go to a Corporate Dealer down on Barry Rd instead of an Authorized Dealer for Verizon. Also they have a cheaper protection plan for phones as well instead of the $19.99 and corporate explained to me the difference. Bottom line Corporate made it right where this Authorized Verizon Dealer did not. So be aware if you are dealing with an Authorized Dealer...

Glenn was alone and did his best to accommodate myself, another nice lady, and a gentleman that all walked in closely to each other... He did a great job, very pleasant- multi tasked with info for myself and the gentleman while still assisting the lady initially that was there.. For what he had to work with he did great.. Went in yesterday and finished up the transaction initially planned.. Brooke was our rep and did a great job meeting our needs and wants... I think we are going to be very happy with the service as we are bringing 5 lines from ATT (who we have been with for over 15 years) completely been unhappy with their service for more years than needed, just too lazy to make a move.. It's finally happened and looking forward to getting it all...
