I've frequented this restaurant many times over the years even though I don't live in the area. I've greatly enjoyed the food, the restaurants cleanliness, and the service is quick. Today I had such a weird experience, it was so off putting I feel like never coming back. I had to wait for service for a bit, I rang the bell, I didn't mind. I ordered my food, paid for it, skipped the tipping feature because I would receive no service other than to receive my food, much like at a drive through, which the restaurant has. Then I walked to the chips and salsa bar. While I was getting some salsa the lady who checked me out came over and started to remove the heaping full and fresh looking cucumbers, lime wedges, and salsas. I was surprised, maybe it was time to change them? Even though they were full? I got only 2 items while she was removing everything and moved away because I didn't want to be in the way while she worked. I got my food and decided to sit down and eat. While I ate, the salsa bar containers just sat out of reach. The female employee didn't do anything with them. She took a few more orders, there were more people who came to the salsa bar where 3 salsa containers remained, and they also seemed confused at all the perfectly good looking ingredients out of reach. I watched the female employee walk around, get a drink of water, chat with her coworkers working in the kitchen, and take a few orders in the drive through. And all the while the out of reach salsa bar stuff just sat unaddressed. I'm not sure what happened, but there was an uncomfortable feeling in the restaurant. I don't know why the woman took away the salsa ingredients so myself and other patrons couldn't access them. Was she upset I didn't tip her? Was she just doing her job and I don't understand it? It's possible. I don't know exactly. But what I do know as someone who has worked and managed Customer Service operations for over 20 years, I felt very uncomfortable at this restaurant today. It's weird to have people remove stuff you are trying to partake of, she didn't replace anything, she only took things away. I don't know what the deal was, but the way it made me feel is I'm not interested in frequenting an establishment like this anymore. I rarely write reviews, and usually I just do positive ones, I feel people working in customer service don't get enough positive recognition. Read moreI placed an online order with the Pleasant Grove location at about 7:46 a.m. on Sunday, August 29, 2021. The order was paid for by CC at that time. I received an immediate confirmation by email and indicating the order would be available within 15 minutes. When I arrived at the business at about 7:55 a.m., I found it was closed.
Their system accepted my order, and the signs on the business indicate it is open 24 hours, however, the doors were locked, the lights were off, there were no cars in the parking lot, no answer at the drive through or window, and I was unable to see anyone in the business. At 8 a.m. when the status remained unchanged, I left.
I called the business on Monday August 30, 2021 to work through the chargeback on my CC, however, the person who answered said she was unable to do that and I would need to speak with the manager. She first said they opened at 8 a.m. and when I explained I was there at 8 a.m. she said, "oh, we were closed." She took my information and said a manager would call me. On September 1, 2021 when I had not yet heard from the manager, I called again and was told the same thing. The person took my information again. To date no one has called me back and as of 9:30 a.m. on September 3, 2021, the funds have not been reapplied to my CC. I am now working with the bank to resolve this matter.

Read moreThey are pretty great but they oremake thier food and of you have an allergy regardless of how often you inform them of your food allergy they just won't add it to the outside of your food.this last time I stayed at the drive through window for 18 minutes(I timed 17:40) trying to get thier attention until finally I just drove around the store. The only thing wer quite rude about it and even questioned if I was actually allergic or not. Then threw my food into the trash brought me a new one and before I could even check it she she slams the drive through window shut and walks off. And my grilled chicken chimichanga combination was about 1/3rd to 1/2half of the size my first one was with out any beans and a tiny amount of rice. Also it was all cold like it had been made earlier and placed in a fridge.
