Let me start by saying: I adore Dressed in LaLa. Their pieces are bold, playful, high-quality, and a real step towards fashion-forward size inclusivity (there’s of course always room to expand, but I think for a still-growing business, their focus on items that can fit a wide-selection of sizes is really dope).

I currently only own two pieces (their Wild Soul Moto Jacket and Money Honey Plissé Dress in Pretty Kitty), but my experience has definitely made me eager to buy more! These pieces make you feel amazing—like you’re the main character. I seriously get so many compliments and “where did you get that?” comments whenever I wear them out. I’m always so excited to talk about the brand and to be spreading that LaLa magic!

Also, this review wouldn’t be complete without a nod to their stellar customer service team! I had email correspondence with Ava, who went above and beyond for me. She responded to my email quickly, had their team search their entire warehouse for a tee I was hoping to snag, and was so kind, transparent, and helpful. Her energy was amazing, and it made me love the brand even more. You can tell that they hire people who are true ambassadors for the brand and what they stand for.

I definitely plan to keep adding more to my wardrobe. My only complaint—which is more of a compliment in disguise—is that they drop so many cool things, my wallet can barely keep up!

Seeing the company pop up so much on social media forced me to place an order. LOL!!! At first I was nervous because I had never heard of Dressed in LALA. I assumed it was like a lot of the other bootleg boutiques that pop up when I’m scrolling…you know…false advertising…dressing up their websites and models to trick people into spending money on trash with no chance in getting a refund or exchange. Last year, fingers crossed, I gambled on LALA and placed my first ordered. After receiving it, I was definitely impressed. The description of the items was spot on and the quality was amazing! After trying my “Powerful Woman” outfit on I realized it ran larger than expected so I needed to return my skirt for a medium. Assuming customer service would give me the runaround, I hesitated reaching out to them. Once I did, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded and got the exchange shipped out. I also received another shipment 2 days ago as a bday present for my bestie. It was possibly damaged during the packing or shipping process. I reached out again and the issue was resolved expeditiously. Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal! Will definitely order again and again and again!
