I've been in the medical marijuana program since early on. This dispensary always has amazing prices and constant sales going. I haven't seen any other dispensaries consistent with it like this dispensary does. Everyday of the week they have different things marked 20% off like say maybe it's Tuesdays for 20% off on vape cartridges. But then very frequently they do special sales for 25% 35% off anything in store, and even having 40% off on house brands like Eleven. The 40% off sales are usually on major holidays. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. An example I have had some bad reactions before due to bipolar disorder and anxiety disorders interacting negatively. I noticed it was sativas. They told me that it is actually the terpenes pinene and terpinolene that are interacting negatively. Ever since I stopped getting the medicine with those two terpenes in it, I haven't had any problems. If you're not quite sure what you're looking for, you can talk with staff and tell them the desired effects you're looking for, and the conditions you are looking to treat, and they are excellent at recommending what will be best for you. Also, they are good at helping you shop for your products on a budget. The customer service is just through the roof outstanding. Almost always fast service. The rare times I have slow service is during major sales like 420 and 710, especially during peak times like right after people are getting out of work, Rush hour.

I only have one real complained about them at all. Let's see you bought a vaping cartridge and a few days later, maybe 10% used, and it stops working, you are crap out of luck. No refund or trade-in on defective products. That's bull crap. I've had other dispensaries in the past replace it and they deal with it.

Other than that, parking can be difficult. It's a plaza with multiple businesses and limited spots. It's a one-way parking lot.

If you are planning on going here and you are not familiar with the area, is landmark for you to notice while you are looking for this location is a McDonald's across RT 51.

Everyone I know with a med card, I recommend to go here. The only time I shop at a different dispensary now is when I'm up north...

I have been to many dispensaries in Pittsburgh, but hands down, this is the best one. The quality of their products is top-notch, and their staff is unmatched in their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a fantastic dispensary experience.

I have had absolutely nothing but amazing experiences at this store!

Fore note: I think a lot of the negative reviews that are pertaining to the point system have to do more with ethos on a corporate level than this particular dispensary itself. I have never had an issue with management here.

I have been coming here since I started my MMJ journey 4 years ago, and the staff has been amazing on every visit! They get to know their customers, their faces, their names, they even get to know a little about their lives. There is always witty banter going on between staff and customers during each interaction, none of which ever gets out of hand to the point where it holds up the line. I have been lucky to never have an issue with an item, but have always seen no issue anytime another customer has, especially if the vape cartridge is not working. It is rare to find a group of people who you can tell genuinely enjoy their job. That being said it must mean Management is great as well, as I don’t see a ton of turnover and employees always seem happy. Although I have not had much, if any, one on one interaction with the gentleman whom I believe is either the GM or Pharmacist, he always greets me and says goodbye by name. He is the gentlemen with the black and grey beard that is in the computer. The fact that he even is responsive and aware of the customers coming in and out, says a lot.
