I recently had a ring, a necklace, and a tennis bracelet repaired here. All the items were gifts from my mom over the years, and needed some TLC. The ring is 20 years old (a birthday gift), the necklace about 18 years (a graduation gift), and I have no idea how old the bracelet is as it was once my mom's and she handed it down to me about 5 years ago as an heirloom. The ring needed to be resized and have a ruby and diamond replaced, along with the settings strengthened. The clasp on the necklace needed to be fixed and the chain shortened a couple inches. The bracelet needed to linked back together as one of the links broke from the gold link softening with age. They were able to fix everything, and did it at such a reasonable price. My husband took a ring to Kasarai to get resized for my mother that my sister and I had bought with our hard work. It was the first actual gift we were able to buy for our mother because we could not afford anything nice before. When we brings it back to me and I open it, the emerald was cracked. I took a deep sigh and could not believe it. I told my husband let's go back and to call them, and of course when he calls George, George says it was like that when you brought it in. First mistake is my husband when he took it in should have gotten a receipt saying its flawless, second Kasaria as a business should definitely have that policy in place to make a customer sign that there is damage or no damage prior to work being done. My heart breaks, because now my husband feels so bad that he has to pay 3 times the original amount to get another emerald.
