Chico's — Local services in Plymouth Township

Looking to simply return a holiday gift, we entered one of our favorite fashion retail stores. As connoisseurs of Chico's, we were pleasantly surprised to be personally and genuinely greeted by Ann-Marie (who we later realized was the store manager). The fashionable style and setting of the store (and personal service) reminded me of the good ole days when personal shopping and excellent service were implemented into the brand. We left the store very pleased with fashion items and accessories we both needed for work, leisure, and vacation in 2023, as well as holiday gifts for ourselves. Yes, I would definitely return to the Plymouth Meeting store since the customer service far surpassed that of the King of Prussia, PA mall and even the Colonnade on 5th store in Naples, FL. I just left Chico’s in Plymouth Meeting after the absolutely worst retail experience of my life. I’ve been a Chico’s customer for 30 years and I’m not sure I can continue. The manager is absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in a customer service role. I was returning a dress I ordered online; Chico’s no longer includes paperwork in the shipment and I could not locate the email. She said I couldn’t return it because people steal packages and try to return. She was nasty and condescending. She offered no solution just kept implying that perhaps I hadn’t ordered it from Chico’s. I had my original envelope, credit card statement, identification, and a.screenshot of the order confirmation. The dress had all tags and bag it shipped in. She was horrible to me.
