Main Street Pizzeria & Grille - Plymouth Meeting — Restaurant in Plymouth Township

Today I used the Slice website to order from Main Street. Previously, I've used the link from their website (ChowNow). There isn't an option for extra kettle chips, which is my favorite item from Main Street, so I choose fries and specify in the instructions for chips instead of fries.

It worked on ChowNow, but didn't work this time when I used Slice. So it may be on Slice. But I'd still give the fries two stars because when I opened the paper box, they were completely soggy. Because they're thicker "boardwalk fries", when they're soggy and no longer hot, they're hard to chew (which is why I prefer the chips in the first place).

Update 5:07 pm, 2/27/2019 Received a phone call from John at Main Street Pizzeria within 30 minutes of this posting. I deal with clients all day, so a courtesy call does go a long way with me. Hope to stop in next time when another chips (and cheesesteak eggroll) craving hits. Until then, thank you.

Update 8:15 pm, 6/3/2019 Wish I could do a new review, but regardless. Had a wonderful experience ordering lunch for myself and a coworker today. My coworker had two special requests, and when I called to make sure Main Street got them, the man who answered was very pleasant. On top of that our food came in 20-25 minutes TOPS. The CHICKEN cheesesteak here is awesome, however I had a bad experience with the customer service! I ordered a CHICKEN cheesesteak to go at 7:56 pm and after I left I opened my steak and it wasn't a CHICKEN cheesesteak like I ordered. I called the pizza place at 8:14pm and stated that she gave me the wrong order and I would like to get a new order, she said she was unable to make a new request for a chicken cheesesteak because she didn't do any mistakes so i had to keep my cheesesteak. I told the lady I do not eat beef and she consistently kept saying I didn't order a chicken cheesesteak and she will not make me a new order because she was right and i was wrong. Please check your food before you leave! This lady is very rude and does NOT have customer service skills!They do not live up to their motto on providing excellent customer service skills! I will not be going back after that experience and I will be informing my friends and family about...

I can't say enough good things about my first experience here. We ordered on a Sunday evening which can be a little busy with football going on but everything was perfect!

We ordered 1 large mushroom pizza, 8 hot garlic wings and an order of onion rings. The order was estimated for 50-60 min and the food arrived within 40 min.

The pizza was just fantastic! Excellent sauce and generous amounts of cheese. The mushrooms were fresh and not canned which my wife prefers.

The wings were perfect! Not overly saucy and cooked just right. The flavor of the sauce really surprised me, quite garlicky and not insanely hot. Just right.

The onions rings are the best I have had all around. Now I know onion rings aren't exactly a restaurant's huge selling point but if you are a fan of onion rings, you need to get these! Not overly breaded and the onions were nice and thick but not too thick either. Great flavor!
