Jump Star Bungee Trampoline — Attraction in Plymouth Township

Where do I even begin?! This place, and most importantly the people behind it, are super. I stumbled on this when roaming around the mall with my 3-year-old. Initially my son wanted to drive the animal carts around, which we did for a few minutes but then he wanted to get off, and Cruise (the owner) then hooked us up with bungee jumping on the trampoline. The harness felt very secure, I was able to be right there, and Cruise was SO amazing. So friendly, personable, really great with kids -- he had my son smiling and giggling right away during an activity that normally might have made him a little fearful and shy. He had a BLAST. Of all the things we did on our "mall adventure" (the play area, saw the carousel, the arcade, rode the animal carts), THIS is the activity my son keeps talking about. 10/10, we will definitely be back. The kids enjoyed it, but whatever you do don't get into a conversation with the young man Mohammad (I believe from Yemen) that works there. We ended up speaking to him, starting off very friendly because we share a religion. But then and he said some strange things that we disagreed with and he became aggressive and personally offensive. He also seemed to lie to us, Hey told us to leave our credit card with them then he gave it back to us later telling us that we left our card there by accident which was not the case. He also claimed to be from one city and then said he was from another later to sound like he knew what he was talking about. Every time I’ve been here, the people that are running the stand are incredibly nice, They really make it fun for the kids, And you don’t have to pay until the end just in case your kid gets scared, they will play games with them, tickle their feet and encourage them not to be scared. I drove 30 minutes just to come back here for the trampoline for my son. That’s how much fun he had. I’ll definitely be back again. ❤️❤️ Thank you for being here and being so...
