Me, my husband and our 4 year old stopped here today. We ordered 2 burgers, one hot dog, fries, and drinks. We waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. We saw people coming in and being told 1 hour wait! A 1 hour wait for a burger!!! People left, some asked for refunds. We were one of them. After waiting for 35 minutes for our food. I went up to the counter and asked how much longer. The person at the register said the fries and drinks were ready. I then asked “Could you please tell me how much longer for the burgers?” I just got they were cooking and our order should be up next. I asked for a refund.

The staff was not apologetic. Someone then came over to help the cashier issue a refund. I waited again. No apology, no eye contact.

I get times are hard, staff shortages, covid…but there were 6 people in the back working.

I also noticed the person taking orders was giving times to people after taking orders. If we would have been told up front of the wait time we would have left.

Also, we do not live in the area. We were very excited to have shake shack., however, this was a horrible experience. I’m so disappointed. So we had a very cranky 4 year old we had wait only to leave with no food and the find another place to get food quickly.

I guess if we are in the area again we will drive to King of Prussia. Plymouth meeting...

Hello Google Family. I have visited the Shake Shack in Ardmore, however, I did not purchase anything. I just looked around. They have another location in Springfield, I have never patronized it. Now I know why. The best thing about this place is the young lady that waited on me and I neglected to get her name. I tried to use the kiosk where you place your order, however there is no option if you wish to pay by cash. There should be in my opinion. I then went to the cashier and asked to order. I had ordered on the kiosk, however since I could not pay by cash, the order disappeared in thin air. They have orders that people had placed online and were waiting to pick up. You give your name and then wait for them to call you. The wait wasn't too long. What I didn't like was the appearance of my food. The chicken bites were for Mom and the Avocado bacon burger was for my brother. I disliked that the bacon burger was not placed in a package, like wrapped up, like McDonald's or Wendy's or Burger King wraps up their burgers. It was just out. I took pictures of them and I vouched that because of that, I will NEVER, EVER PATRONIZE SHAKE SHACK AGAIN!!!! The food tasted ok, but the appearance of the food, was unappealing!!!! Good night...

It's a nice little quaint spot it's a fast food restaurant with a nice aviance. Everything is purchased ala cart they don't have combos or specials The milkshakes are handcrafted. The customer service was good I was greeted with a smile when I walked in, my order was immediately taken, I sat down and my food was brought to me. I personally did not like the french fries because they were just a little too hard for me, however the flavor of the bacon, cheese and I added some ketchup on top of them I definitely would say they would have been delicious. The milkshake was good, the hot dog a toasted bun which was great, ever the hot dog was just okay for me. When you pay there is an option to leave a tip. This is just my opinion this has nothing to do with this establishment per se I'm not a big fan of leaving a tip at these types of establishments. They should have an hourly wage. Its like me going to a Chick-fil-A, KFC, or Roy Rogers, and I tip the drive-thu person. only difference with this place has little bit more aviance I guess I can understand it from their point of view perhaps. I spent approximately $20.00 all in all I had a...

First time in a long time we've had Shake Shack but it was a great experience! Great food, very easy to order, clean and spacious inside tables to eat at--really not much more you can ask for! The Shake Shack experience starts and ends with their world-class smash burgers. We split a classic and the Smoke shack (bacon, cherry peppers instead of lettuce and tomato) both served on pillowy potato buns. The fresh meat and quality of each ingredient makes it a very well put together burger. The fries were decent but admittedly unremarkable (I will admit neither of us are fans of crinkle cut fries), but the Korean BBQ sauce and spicy powder helps elevate them a bit. The peaches and cream shake is smooth and creamy but a bit on the thin side. The pomegranate lemonade was tart and sweet and added a nice twist to an already delicious original and rounded everything out nicely. We both agreed that it was a lot better than we expected and would consider coming back on our next dinner and a movie night. Thank you Shake Shack!
